Terms and Conditions for using the suite of Aura products

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Aura Exchange NFT Marketplace ("Aura Exchange" or "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Aura Exchange Platform. By using the Aura Exchange and interacting with any or all of its contents you agree not to take legal action against Aura Exchange, its owners, shareholders, staff and team.
Definitions
NFTs: Non-fungible tokens representing unique digital assets on the Aura Exchange Platform. User: Any person or entity using Aura Exchange, including buyers, sellers, minters, and visitors.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of Aura Exchange, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Buying, Selling & Minting NFTs
Listing/Selling: Sellers may list NFTs for sale on Aura Exchange. By listing an NFT, you represent and warrant that you have the right to sell the NFT. Purchase/Buying: Buyers agree to pay the purchase price for NFTs as listed by the seller. Payments may be subject to fees. Transaction Completion: Upon successful completion of a transaction, Aura Exchange will transfer the NFT to the buyer, and the seller will receive the agreed-upon payment. Minting: Users may choose to mint external (non-Aura) NFTs through the Aura platform, by doing so the minter. agrees the Aura Exchange, its owners, shareholders, staff and team are not liable for any concerns that may arise from doing so.
5. Intellectual Property
Aura Exchange does not claim ownership of the NFTs bought or sold on the platform. However, by using Aura Exchange, you grant Aura Exchange a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your NFTs for the purpose of operating the Platform.
Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, including but not limited to fraud, manipulation, and violation of intellectual property rights.
Fees and Payments
Aura Exchange may charge fees for certain services, and users agree to pay such fees. Fees are subject to change, we reserve the right to change as deemed necessary and may update documents accordingly.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between users must be resolved between the parties involved. Aura Exchange is not responsible for resolving disputes and does not provide refunds.
Termination
Aura Exchange reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Aura Exchange is provided "as is" without any warranties. Users use the platform at their own risk.
Limitation of Liability
Aura Exchange is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions must be brought in the courts of Australia.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Aura Exchange reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates to documents may occur with or without the notification of users. Use or continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms and Conditions.
